Many thanks to Medway Sport for hosting a SABL class tonight. Everyone that attended was taught baby CPR and how to deal with choking and drowning. And we finished up with some drowning prevention tips. It was a pleasure to meet everyone and I hope you all feel more confident now to know what to do should something awful happen to your baby or grandchild. It was also lovely to see a young lady attend tonight who is very interested in becoming a paramedic when she leaves school….as always this class is open to anyone who wants to learn ❤️❤️ See MoreSee Less

RLSS UK previously announced we are supporting On The Beach Holidays in highlighting the benefits of children wearing brightly coloured swimwear. As part of the campaign, On the Beach is now offering free brightly coloured children’s swimwear to 5,000 of their customers. 👙 Research by the holiday company revealed that 2 in 3 children wear blue, white, or grey swimwear, making them hard to spot underwater. By changing to brighter colours, you can help ensure your child is easier to spot when submerged, making it even easier to keep your child under constant supervision when playing and swimming in the water. 🏊 As part of the campaign, On the Beach is sharing water safety advice provided by RLSS UK. It reminds holidaymakers to make sure the whole family knows the Water Safety Code and to always keep young children within arm’s reach. 🛟 #RLSSUK #OnTheBeach #WaterSafety #DrowningPrevention See MoreSee Less
