Classes on how to perform baby CPR and how to deal with choking and drowning, on behalf of the Royal Life Saving Society.

Next SABL classes available for April and May 2024 … teaching baby CPR and how to deal with choking and drowning. At Medway Park Sports Centre, Mill Road, Gillingham, Kent, ME7 1HF. Classes are free but donations are welcomed. Dates are:Thursday, 18 April 2024 – 7pm – 6 spacesThursday, 16 May 2024 – 7pm – 16 spacesThursday, 30 May 2024 – 7pm – 16 spaces(I will update this post with how many spaces are left.)To make a request to book on please email sablmedway@gmail.com with the following information for all those that want to attend:– date of class requested– your names (not baby’s)– your dates of birth (not baby’s); – email addresses; and– your RLSS number if you have attended one of our classes before (if you don’t know it just let me know and I will try and find it for you).Many thanks.DonnaPS – Babies welcome to come along but it is better if you can get a babysitter as it is lots of hands on work with manikins. Lovely group for SABL today. Thank you all for coming on this wet Sunday morning and apologies again for the late email sent out! 🤭Everyone that came along received information on how to perform baby CPR, how to deal with choking and how to deal with drowning and got to train on a manikin each.Many thanks to Euan for helping out as part of his Duke of Edinburgh award.
